Park & Ride-Facilities with parking spaces for disabled people are always located near the U- and S-Bahn stations, they aren't free of charge and the maximum parking time is 24 hours.
If the barrier at the driveway does not lift up and it is indicated that the park & ride-facility is fully occupied, it can still happen that disabled parking spaces are free. Then ring at the barrier and say you have a Blue Badge. You may enter and see if a space is free. If not, you are free to leave.
